Returns/Exchanges
My policy lasts 30 days from you receiving the package. No refund or exchange will apply after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange send me an email at steven.winter13@gmail.com and I will supply the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This website is operated by Steven Winter using the Wix platform. Theartofstevenwinter.co.uk is the sole property of Steven Winter and not to be used by any other person or company.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
